Wave Aesthetics provides aesthetic and wellness treatments. These Terms govern all website use, service bookings, communications, and purchases.

2. Appointment Booking

Appointments are booked online through our scheduling platform, Aesthetic Record.

By booking, you agree that:

  • All information you provide is accurate

  • You are at least 18 years old or have parental consent

  • You understand treatment results may vary

We reserve the right to decline or reschedule appointments if necessary.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Unless otherwise stated:

  • You must cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee

  • Repeated no-shows may lead to refusal of future bookings

Fees are nonrefundable and must be paid before scheduling another appointment.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise noted.

All aesthetic services and treatments are nonrefundable due to the nature of medical aesthetic procedures.

Retail product returns follow the manufacturer’s policy and must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.

5. Treatment Eligibility

You affirm that:

  • You will disclose accurate medical history and medications

  • You understand not everyone is a candidate for every treatment

  • Providers may decline treatment at their discretion for safety reasons

Not following pre-care or aftercare instructions may affect results and does not warrant refunds.

6. No Guarantees of Results

Aesthetic treatments vary by individual.
Wave Aesthetics makes no guarantees regarding:

  • Treatment effectiveness

  • Expected results

  • Duration of results

Multiple sessions may be required depending on your provider’s recommendations.
